Terrace AFL is a supplementary product designed to provide ACORD form automation for Terrace ABS. AFL is a package of
AFL allows users to enter data once in the AFL data store and then re-use that data across any ACORD form. ACORD forms are produced easily and fast using Terrace's AFL data merge routines.
Flexible, Dynamic and Integrated
AFL is designed to provide a flexible facility for managing ACORD data. The ACORD forms in AFL adapt to data and dynamically expand when the data exceeds the standard sizing. The AFL data store re-uses data across ACORD forms reducing redundant data entry. The data merge routines in AFL work efficiently to merge ACORD templates with your data to create an up to date ACORD form fully populated with all data entered into the system.
Once an ACORD form has been created, users may print, fax, and e-mail the forms directly from within Terrace. All completed ACORD forms are automatically stored in the Terrace document database for later access and reference.
All the data utilized by AFL is integrated with other Terrace software (ABS and CIM). Any updates to the Terrace database (manually or via CIM) flow through to the AFL data store.
