Compensation
- Competitive Salary- Our offers for employment,
promotions, and salary reviews reflect the marketplace for the talent
you contribute to Terrace.
- Annual Performance Objectives Bonus- Terrace manages all
staff to
objectives aligned to our fiscal year
(September
1). Each staff member is assigned a set of discrete
performance
objectives for their time at Terrace during the fiscal year (from date
of hire to 8/31). Terrace senior management will assess your
progress towards these objectives at the end of the fiscal year and
determine your annual bonus based on your progress.
Successful
completion of each performance objective will result in a
bonus.
The amount of each bonus will be driven by the following
factors:
1) level of completion 2) level of responsibility 3) your hire date
(bonuses will be pro-rated based on employment date and 4)
profitability of company
- Tax deferred retirement savings 401(k) plan, allows
employees to set aside money (tax free) for retirement.
- Incentive Stock Option Plan - Granted for select staff
sometime
after employment anniversary (full time - 12 months, part time 18
months).
Health Benefits
- Comprehensive Health Insurance-with in-network
and out-of-network options. Terrace offers a combination of high
deductible health insurance matched with an individual Health Savings
Account (HSA) funded by Terrace for each employee. Each employee may
increase the value of their HSA by making additional (pre-tax)
contributions to the account. The health policy benefits cover medical
and prescription drugs. Sec 125 benefits allow dependent premiums paid
by staff members to be paid pre-tax through payroll deductions.
- Life & ADD Insurance Benefits-are provided for
employees and paid 100% by Terrace.
- Disability Insurance for long term disabilities is provided
for employees and paid 100% by Terrace.
- Domestic Partner Benefits-Sec 125 benefits allow any
dependent, spouse, or domestic partner premiums paid through pre-tax
payroll deductions.
Personal & Professional Growth
- Paid Time Off (PTO) is granted to each staff member for
vacation,
sick time, and any personal time off required annually. Our PTO policy
is generous and reflects our belief that every Terrace professional
should be empowered to manage all time off for any personal reason.
- Tuition Reimbursement is offered for selected job-related
course work.
