Our Process
We Are Agile
All our Implementation Projects are guided by the Agile Development methodology.
We document each project’s requirements in each project SOW. From there we design a series of Agile Sprints (typically two weeks) which incrementally build and deliver towards the final delivery. This enables us to define, build, test and release interactively throughout the project duration. We then work week to week with a daily burn down report once we enter UAT, Go Live and post Go Live Hyper Care.
